Viorica Feler-Morgan
Senior RIBA Conservation Architect
Viorica is an experienced Chartered Conservation Architect. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in the Conservation of Historic Buildings from the Architectural Association in London.
She has worked on many Grade I and II* listed buildings such as: Moggerhanger Park, Chicheley Hall, Stanley House and Wooton Lodge.
Over the last 20 years she has enjoyed working predominantly with listed/heritage buildings through all the stages of planning, building regulations and the conservation of historic fabric. She has also worked for Historic England writing heritage reports.
She has a sound knowledge in conservation and maintenance practice and the technical methods for repairing historic buildings.
She relishes the skilful balance and co-existence of historic fabric with contemporary architecture and attention to detail.
