Kay Pilsbury Thomas Architects are a close-knit, friendly team of very experienced RIBA Architects, Architectural Designers and BIID Interior Designers, who all specialise in the conservation, adaptation and extension to historic buildings. The practice was established by Architect Kay Pilsbury from our 17th Century barn studio in Radwinter in 1985, to focus on alterations & repairs to old buildings.
In 2007 her daughter and Architect, Sibyl Thomas, also became a Director and now runs the practice, with Kay still working on our many Church projects. The practice is now a niche and knowledgeable team, many of whom hold qualifications and post-graduate degrees in Historic Building Conservation. We work all over East Anglia & London, including: Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & London.
